Weekly prophecies

Yoga far transcends the physical practice of postures. A living system of thinking and reflecting, yoga is an intellectual tool morphing into an intricate and purposeful form of art, philosophy and poetry. All the joyous, expressionist pursuits of life we underestimate and underuse.

Every Wednesday our weekly prophecies centre around intrinsic intelligence of the heart woven around an intellectual architecture.

We chose Wednesday, the day of Mercury - Roman God of messengers, to evoke the messages we express without disturbance of automatic mind.

Lead with your soul and rediscover your inner artist, tap into the beating drum of your poet's heart and inspire the miasmic scents of your new muse with our weekly prophecies.
